Workout of the Day
Barbell warm-up/drills

Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes/6 sets
1 Hang power snatch above knee + 1 Hang power snatch below knee

3×2 Snatch lift offs @ 80-90%

3 sets of:
6 pull-ups with 5 second hold @ top
10 bar or ring rows

3 sets of:
60 ft Barbell/ Yoke walk
100 m farmer carry (50m down/50 m back)
rest 4 minutes between sets
