Next Round of Mobility Classes
We are in the next topic in our Wednesday 6:30 PM mobility class. These classes will cover topics on how to optimize human muscle and joint / torso and limb position, mobility and stability as it relates to CrossFit movements in general as well as activities of daily living.
Why should I attend these classes? To improve your understanding of human biomechanics, improve awareness in joint proprioception, kinesthesia and how to efficiently generate momentum and force. Clinics will cover the following : The squat. The deadlift and clean. Shoulder to overhead and the snatch. Pull ups and the muscle up. Double unders, box jumps. Push ups, handstand push ups and ring dips.

Diane is 57 and a grandmother of 5. Five years ago she had open heart surgery. Below is a video of her doing Saturday’s workout, which included some barbell movements at 75#, pull-ups, running and 30 handstand push-ups. She RXed it! Here’s her still going strong at about 20 HSPUs in. She’s amazing.
