Don’t forget:

  • Beginner Barbell this Wednesday at 5:30 PM. Come on in and spend more time on the Olympic lifts. This is a free session available to all CFVB

    members.

  • Yoga is this Saturday at 10 AM. Bring $5 and a mat. Non-members are also welcome ($10 fee).
