16.2 Recap
16.2 tested proficiency in bodyweight movements (toes-to-bar and double-unders) as well as strength under high respiration. It was a tough one! I think I can speak for everyone by saying the squat cleans felt heavier than usual.
We had quite a few people PR their clean…and then do it again to rack up some additional reps! Rosanne, Lena, Taylor, Vinnie, Bonnie, Mallory – way to go!
