12.3 will be rough – 18 minutes of jumping, push pressing and toes to bar. Do not plan on redoing this WOD – with hundreds of box jumps, there is too much of a risk for injury in repeating it. We are saving you from yourself.
12.3 goes down at 9 AM on Saturday. If you are out of town, schedule the WOD with me for Friday afternoon. If you are not a competition, please come to any class other than 9 AM…but stay to cheer everyone on!
