Throwdown Saturday

Who's in for the Throwdown Series this Saturday? This is the second monthly installment of the competition. Compete with CrossFitters around the world and win money and prizes. Register at

If you are registering, the WOD must be videotaped. We will have two classes taped on Saturday, 6 AM and 8 AM. The Throwdown WOD will also be our workout of the day, so everyone can feel free to come to any class…6, 7, 8 or 9 AM.

10 L-pull-ups
15 Push-ups
15 Chest to bar Pull-ups
15 Push-ups
20 Pull-ups
15 Push-ups

    And here I was missing home… think I will more air squats in my king suite at the Waldorff here in NOLA!

    This is just silly.
    On another note, Kirra got 7 rounds. She said, “Only Marco did better than me….but he is a giant.”

  3. This workout isn’t silly, it’s a “do what you can do” type of WOD.
    Basically, it’s forced practice of L-pull-ups, push-ups, etc.
    Don’t stress, just do it.
