CrossFit Kids Summer Camps
We will be having two 1-week Summer Camps this year. Each session will run Monday-Friday, from 9:00am-Noon for ages 5-11 years, and an option of running until

3:00pm for ages 8-11 years.

Session 1 will be June 27th-July 1st.
Session 2 will be July 25th-29th.
The costs for the week are:
  • $115 per student for the morning session/5-11 year olds. Cost includes a CrossFit Kids Camp t-shirt and a snack.
  • $225 per student for the all-day camp/8-11 year olds. Cost includes a CrossFit Kids Camp t-shirt, snack, and lunch.
There is a $25 discount for families who register multiple children. We must have a minimum of 6 participants, and space will be limited to 12.
Note: We will not be having regular Kids classes during the weeks of camp.

Barbell warm-up/drills
10 minutes work up to 80% Clean & Jerk (any style):25
3 sets of:

Every :10 seconds for 1 minute (6 sets): 1 Power clean & Push Jerk 135/95 Masters 55+ 95/65

Rest 2 minutes between sets

2 sets of:
20 Box Jumps 24/20
Rest 2 minutes between sets

Three sets of:
10 Bar or ring rows
10 Dumbell rows
15 perfect push ups
