Practice Like You Play
The Open has proved the theory of "practice like you play." If you aren't working on good movement, done to CrossFit standards, in your daily WOD, you are doing yourself a disservice.
12.4 was hard. It was even harder for those who don't focus on getting low enough in the squat portion of their wall balls and/or those who don't perform muscle-ups from a lock out at the bottom. Harsh reality. Lesson learned.
Don't cut movement short…practice like you play!
