Time to snatch! WOD 12.2 of the Open is as many snatches as possible in 10 minutes. The weights progress from light to pretty damn heavy!

30 Snatch (M 75 / F 45 lbs)
30 Snatch (M 135 / F 75 lbs)
30 Snatch (M 165 / F 100 lbs)
Max Rep Snatch (M 210 / F 120 lbs)

Competitors are resting Friday We will talk starategy and hit this hard ONCE on Saturday at 9 AM. If you can't make it at that time, let us know. A few people are going at 6 AM Saturday.

Workout of the Day:

AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
5 pull-ups
7 push-ups (chest to deck)
10 box jumps 24"

Midline:
3 x 10 V-ups (DEMO HERE)
3 x 10 weighted back extensions

Skill: practice handstands or handstand walking
