Head's Up

This is the final week of the CrossFit Open. Instead of setting 12.5 as the WOD on Saturday, we will be doing it on Friday. This will allow for re-dos by those athletes who are on the cusp of making it to the next level.

To everyone who has been competing for the past five weeks: GREAT JOB! We are so proud of our gym!

Workout of the Day:

5 rounds for time of:

5 Deadlifts 315/225
20 Hand Release Pushups
12 Chest-to-Bar Pullups

*Rest 10 minutes.

5X200m Sprint – Rest 90 sec. between effort

    I’ve got fresh eggs being delivered to the gym today…straight from the farm, pastured chickens. $4 per dozen. First come, first served.
    The woman who is supplying them wants to go regular drop offs, so let me know if you want to start buying eggs from her and we can organize.
