Lumberjack 20

On November 5th, Lumberjack CrossFit lost 4 soldiers and had 11 wounded in the shootings at Fort Hood. This  Saturday, affiliates from across the world will be doing "The Lumberjack 20". CFVB will also be participating, so come in tomorrow for a tough WOD in honor of these soldiers.

    that’s how I feel after the wod this morning. lol Short workout but still tough.

    20 Deadlifts (275/185 lbs)
    Run 400m
    20 KB swings (70/55 lbs)
    Run 400m
    20 Overhead Squats (115/85 lbs)
    Run 400m
    20 Burpees
    Run 400m
    20 Pullups (Chest to Bar)
    Run 400m
    20 Box jumps (24″)
    Run 400m
    20 DB Squat Cleans (45/30 lbs each)
    Run 400m

    Tomorrow looks brutal yet in a weird odd way I am looking forward to it.It might ease some tension before I take my crazy cheerleaders to their first competition which is tomorrow afternoon.
    Yes, Kanuckles shoulder and clavical bruises are sexy. Not too mention the shin bruises too.

    Very good point Wendy! You need to start gathering these quotes together and write a book. Loved the one you said to me yesterday in regards to whether I should take my rest day or not:
    “You can rest when you’re dead”
    Keep them coming because they crack me up!

    Run in the rain for sure!
    I know a RX is out of reach for me for the entire WOD but I want to RX what I can and get close to the other parts.
