Labor Day Schedule

We will be keeping regular Saturday and Sunday hours during Labor Day weekend. On Monday September 7 (Labor Day), we will be open during the morning only. Training hours will be 7, 8 and 9 AM (just like on Sundays).

Labor Day is a main site WOD day, so come on in before heading out on the boat or to the beach!

    Two pieces bacon, 1/2 apple, almonds, hard boiled egg
    1/2 apple, banana, turkey breast, almonds
    Tuna, almonds
    Almond crusted chicken stuffed with spinach/tomatoes, little bit of cauliflower and carrots.

    – omlette with turkey, mushrooms. nuts.
    – grass-fed beef, broccoli, nuts
    – free-range pork, broccoli, nuts
    Today, I am basically eating the same thing, just switching the vegetables. Our order from the farm comes today – thank god because we are running out of food!
