The vast majority of our athletes attend our classes only, however many of our members have taken advantage of personal sessions to help them
achieve their goals. The most common examples of services we provide at hour-long 1-on-1 sessions include:
- Olympic lifting
- Gymnastic skill development
- Personalized mobility routines
