5 minutes of :30/:30 Ski erg
(first :30 at 85%, second :30 @ 50%)
rest 5 minutes between sets

2 sets of:
10 (each side) quadruped reach and rotate

10 (each side) quadruped rotation with band assist

10 foam roll wall slides
