15 Step-ups
15 Goblet Squats
10 Push-ups

MOBILITY
2 Sets of:
1:00 Twisted Cross
1:00 Box stretch
1:0 Couch Stretch – each side

We will run heats for today’s AMRAP, so if you need to get in and out, arrive early to put your name on the board. For the busier classes, we will start heat 1 immediately after the briefing.
