Wim Hof Method Workshop

Don’t miss out on the Wim Hof event! If you’re looking for a way to improve recovery, your immune system and mindset, look no further. We are hosting a Wim Hof workshop on Saturday, August 24 from 11 AM to 4 PM.

The Wim Hof Method is a simple yet effective practice for gaining control over our mind and bodies using three pillars; Breathing exercises, Cold-exposure, and Mindset.  Wim Hof is a Dutch-daredevil with over 20 Guinness World Records related to extreme cold challenges. The worksop will be led by one of his certified coaches, Ben Pelton.

I attended an event last year in Miami and routinely practice his principles (namely the breathing protocol), and I haven’t been sick since, regardless of all the people I am around, travel, etc.
