5 supinated strict chest-to-bar + 5 supinated barbell rows + 5 each side dumbbell row

8 Dumbbell seated strict press @ tempo 2sec up/down + 8 lateral raise + rear delt raiseRest 2:00

10 Tall plank shoulder taps
