Saturday, January 30 at 10 AM – DogWOD
Since we have so many dog-lovers at the gym, we have a special workout time scheduled where, after the WOD, everyone can socialize while their dogs do the same. So, please feel free to bring your pet on a leash (as
long as he or she is house trained and not aggressive).
Saturday, February 20 – PJWOD
Yep…if you’d like to workout in your pajamas, we won’t mind!
