Brooks Greenway, a CFVB athlete for six years, is also the coach for our CrossFit Teens program. If you come to the

5 AM class or frequent the gym on Saturdays, you know Brooks for his patience, kindness and dry sense of humor! It’s been fun to watch his kids and family grow over the years and it’s inspiring to see him lead teens to become stronger and healthier.

Occupation: PE teacher at Sebastian Middle, CrossFit Teens coach

Family: My beautiful wife, Lindsay, Aidan the volleyball star, and Liam my mini-me.

Favorite CrossFit movement or workout: Snatch, muscle-ups, Dubs and the breath-taking Helen.

Favorite cheat meal: Kilwin’s Mud and anything from the kitchen of Lindsay’s mom!

Hobbies: Hanging with the family, cycling or mountain biking, Michigan State football & basketball, hunting, and playing any sport.

Little known fact about you: I was born with a club foot (hence the smaller left calf), and in 2005, I raced mountain bikes for Team Ford where I was crowned the Michigan Mountain Bike State Champion for my age division.

100 m sled push 90/50
15 Russian KB swings 55/35
15 wall balls 20/14
– rest as needed. try and hold same pace all three sets.
