Member Spotlight – Jason White
Jason graced us with his presence five years ago and he’s been a consistent member ever since. He always arrives in a great mood, with a smile
on his face. One of my favorite things about Jason is his lack of ego when it comes to modifying the workout…he knows what he needs to do to save himself from aches and pains and still get a good workout. And, he knows when he can push, too. Similarly, he listens to his body when he needs a break and comes back when he’s ready. We really appreciate this type of
insight as well as his friendliness and good humor with all the other members in the gym.
