Beginner Barbell

Not feeling 100% comfortable with the Olympic lifts? Then, plan on attending one of our free Beginner Barbell sessions in February. They are:

Wednesday February 3 at 7 am
Wednesday February 17 at 7 am

Please sign up on the whiteboard in the Vero Barbell area. This is a great opportunity to fine-tune your technique and is also valuable to long-time members looking to spend some extra time on these lifts.
