Weekly Reminder – The OpenĀ 

We have over 20 people registered for the Open so far…let’s surpass last year’s team!

Each week, the workout will have a scaled and Rx option. It’s really a test of your own personal fitness…and you can compare with your friends at the gym, buddies at other gyms, people in your age group, your state, etc.
