In a 4 minute window:
10 Squat clean & jerk RX+ 205/135; RX 155/105; Master55+ 135/85

Rest 3 minutes

In a 3 minute window:
12 Squat clean & jerk RX+ 185/125; RX 135/95; Master55+ 115/75

Rest 3 minutes

In a 2 minute window:
15 Squat clean & jerk RX+ 155/105; RX 115/75; Master55+ 105/55

ACCESSORY
3 sets of:
5 Kettlebell thruster + 5 steps kettlebell overhead walking lunge (2 kettlebells overhead )

PRESSING & PULLING STRENGTH

10/5 Strict handstand push-ups (or 10 dumbbell strict press)
