Boy/Girl Challenge Prep
The Boy/Girl Challenge is fast-approaching! If you’ve been consistent with your workouts, you will be more than ready to compete. To further prepare our 19 teams, we will be throwing in partner WODs starting next week. That way, you can also strategize and communicate.
Workout of the Day:
15 minutes to find your max power snatch + 3 reps of an overhead squat It will look like THIS (minus the pigtails and weird outfit)
3 x 2 flat-footed snatch high pull. Use 75% weight from above.
3 sets of –
10 deficit HSPU (hands on 45-lb plates. head to ground)
10 Toes to bar
– move quickly within the round, unbroken if possible. rest between rounds
