Have You Signed Up for the Open?

So far we have a dozen CFVB athletes signed up for the Open. This is a fun, five-week competition where you really get to test the limits of your fitness. Both Rx and scaled options are given for the weekly workouts. CFVB will supply the venue, gear, guidance and judges. Open workouts will be done on Fridays and Saturdays. And we print a CFVB-Open shirt that only registered athletes can order.

5 box jumps 24/20
7 Russian KBS 55/35
10 ab mat sit ups
– this is a drill to allow you time to perform the reps with perfect technique
