1 Mile Run in 400 meter intervals
2,000 Meter Row in 500 meter intervals

Upon completion, go directly into:

3 rounds of
:30 Plank
:30 Right Plank
:30 Left Plank
:30 Superman

*Clock stops on completion of last Superman hold

Mobility –
2:00 Straddle stretch
1:00 each side of low dragon stretch
