Make it Stick

Workout of the Day:

Front Squats 1×8 @ 70%; 2×5 @ 80%; 2×3 @ 85%

AMRAP in 8 minutes of –
200 m run
20 pistols, alternating
10 push jerk (no split) 145/100

then, immediately (no rest)
3 minutes of max bupree over bar

 

For all of you embarking on the Paleo Challenge, HERE is some realistic advice. Many of you are joining the challenge for the 2nd, 3rd, even 4th time. This yo-yo dieting only makes it harder to lose the weight each time. So, make it stick! A fleeting moment of pleasure eating unhealthy food isn’t worth the everyday feeling of not being happy with your body/performance/health.
