Wodapalooza starts tomorrow! Hans is competing in the Rx division, while Mikaela, Becca and Wendy are throwing down as an Intermediate team.
I know a lot of you are driving down to watch and cheer, and many of you are staying for multiple days. I know I speak for all of our competitors when I say that we are so appreciative! You are all definitely in for a treat as a plethora of Games athletes, including the likes of Rich Froning, Camille LeBlanc-Bazinet, Matt Chan and more will also be competing. The vendor village and the venue itself will also be amazing.

– record time it takes you to reach 20 calories for each set
