    My upper body is so sore from yesterdays wod but I’m getting ready to go again.

  4. I went to the 5K to cheer Jim A., Chuck and John Y. on since I’ve been sick. The course was short – someone screwed up – by 1/4 mile, but even if you add a few minutes to everyone’s times, they still did awesome! PR for Jim and a blazing time for John, who hadn’t run this distance since 1996. Of course, Chuck finished sub-20 minutes.
