    Wait!! They left without me!! Enjoy your time in Costa Rica, Merry Christmas!
    The wod today was good, I thought there was going to be a 1 minute rest in between sets, but No way, Wendy made us keep going for 5 rounds straight. Thanks Wendy, that’s what happens when Rob is not there to keep her under control.
