group TRAINING CLASSES
Our Functional Fitness program pulls from some of the best coaches and training systems in the world, blending it all into a unique and effective program. At Vero Strength you will find cardio, weightlifting, accessory work, functional bodybuilding, plyometrics, gymnastics and mobility. This program is for everyone! Functional Fitness requires 1-on-1 introductory sessions to safely learn our movements, as well as appropriate scaling and modifications for the individual.
Sweat is our high-intensity class centered around cardio. You will row, bike, ski, run, and perform resistance exercises and bodyweight movements. Sweat is a fun and well-coached class open to everyone, no prior experience or personal sessions required.

All of our coaches must pass a rigorous certification process before leading group classes. This ensures that you stay safe and injury-free.
