www.LogsitAll.com (similar to the site above; I believe this may have been the very first online WOD tracker)

www.StrengthBio.com (this site is still in it's infancy; it was created by Larry Media, the Level 1 trainer who covers for us some times)

    Ohh GOD!!! I literally almost died yesterday when I tried Fran after the workout, at least i got a 3:05 time!!! Rob watch out! Within the next week sub 3 min within a month 2:50!! 2:30 Here I come!!!!

  2. Frankie make sure you bring a designated driver with you when you go for that kind of time. Good luck to you thats awesome!!!
    Good wod today, it sure gets your heart rate up and keeps it up through out the workout.
    Congrats to Rachelle for getting her kipping pull ups. I knew you could do it!!

    Aww, I’m so mad I wasn’t there to see Sundra do that! Congrats Sundra!! We have the same hero Debbie…weird. Good thing we know we don’t have the same bf bc that would be even more weird!
