10 shoulder foam roll up wall
10 PVC pass through
10 tempo airsquats
Strength:
3 sets
10 Dumbell bench press
10 bar rows
Muscular Endurance:
Bike for 10 minutes
Every minute mark do 5 airsquats
Team game
Rowling or Burpee Dodgeball
