5 Box jumps
10 KB swings
10 pushups
10 shoulder foam roll up wall
AMRAP in 5 minutes
10 burpee box jump overs
2 rope climb
rest 3 minutes
3 rounds for time
10 pullups
2 handstand pushups (scale: 10 pushups)
Midline:
2 sets
100 meter sandbag walk
Team game and mobility
