Conditioning:
Every 5 minutes for 10 minutes:
1000/800 meter Bike erg

Strength:

10 KB front squats
10 KB deadlifts

2 sets:
10 barbell strict press @3010 pace
Rest between sets

Midline:
2:00 sandbag hold (accumulate)
