We will be offering a free Sweat class on Saturday, February 25 at 11 AM.
Members: If you have a friend who has been interested, bring them in and feel free to do the workout with them.
Non-members: come on in and see what Sweat is all about!
Sweat is our cardio-based class that incorporates resistance, light weights, flexibility and mobility. Sweat is less technical than our CrossFit program and is void of Olympic lifting, power lifting and gymnastics. It is a fantastic workout where you get your heart rate up and benefit from a greater fitness level!
