Here's some more feedback from the survey…

Quite a few people mentioned wanting more hours/training times to be offered. This is definitely something we're working towards. In our opinion, offering more hours with the same staff will result in a lower quality of training. We are human, ya know? So, we need to get more CrossFit certified trainers AND we have some plans in the works, so more times may be offered in the future. In the meantime, we've got classes as early as 5 AM and as late as 7 PM. If you can't make it to one of those, ask yourself "are you really trying hard to make it in?"

A few comments in the survey also referenced offering novice classes. Again, that would only be possible with more trainers. If you consider yourself a novice, please feel confident is asking for a little more help during the warm-up and after the WOD if you've got certain movements that you're struggling with. We will always coach you during the workout, but make your goals known to us so we can help you achieve them.

    I did it last, Wendy. I missed it the time before. I would come in, but my golf league starts tonight. I’ll make it up Saturday. (If you let me) lol

  3. Yes the am,er (that’s me) was wiped out today. I hit the wall bad!!! I was trying to keep up with Kristi and I did ok until the wall balls, they got me. But,,,, in a year’s time this is the ONLY time I did not finish a wod. I have beat myself up all day for it. I will be back on Friday to go again though. Thursday is my rest day, thank god!!! Great job to all of you who came in to do it and finished.

    Filthy Fifty is a great workout, but bad ass for sure. Diane it is always tough when you get to the wall balls, then burpees and then double unders. Hope everyone is well.
