 A Reminder

Just a friendly reminder that drop-in visits are for experienced CrossFitters only. Usually these people are visiting the area and go to a CrossFit gym in their hometown. 

If you have friends and family that want to check out CrossFit, there are two options:

1. Contact us and schedule your free WOD
2. Attend the free Saturday WOD (next one is Feb. 12)

While we love that our members want others to experience CrossFit, we can't throw non-CrossFitters into our group classes. It's not safe and that person would end up getting all of the trainer's attention.
