On our annual survey, several requests were made to offer a yoga class at CFVB. If you are interested in yoga, please respond in the comments section of this blog post which day and time you prefer:
- Fridays at 6:30 PM
- Saturdays at 10:15 AM
If we have enough interest, we will start a class!
