On our annual survey, several requests were made to offer a yoga class at CFVB. If you are interested in yoga, please respond in the comments section of this blog post which day and time you prefer:

  • Fridays at 6:30 PM
  • Saturdays at 10:15 AM

If we have enough interest, we will start a class!

– Heats of 7 every 10mins
– 20 min time cap

Three sets of:
15 Toes-to-bar (as fast as possible)
10 back extensions
