Today is the end of the 30-day challenge. Thirty five people started and 27 remain…and look amazing! It wasn’t rare to have people lose more than 10 lbs, 2 dress sizes and fit into their skinny jeans (one guy even said his feet shrank!); but also the PRs were rolling! Stay tuned for the winner to be announced on Monday.

A few of your have asked me if I recommend cleanses/detoxes. My first question is “what are you detoxing from?” True, there are environmental toxins, but detoxes and juice cleanses are pretty much a bunch of bunk.
