Be Supple

You’ve got two opportunities this weekend to work on mobility and stretching:

Mobility Class is Saturday at 10 AM (after the Open Event 1) with Joe.
Joe has been a Physical Therapist for 20 years, is passionate about CrossFit and knowledgeable about all aspects of human movement, therapies and the body. We are fortunate to have him as a resource, so take advantage of this class!

Yoga is Sunday at 10 AM with Rana.
Rana is not only a CrossFitter, but an excellent yoga instructor. She programs her yoga class based on the demands of our WODs and, each time I go, I leave feeling strong, relaxed and loose. If you plan on attending yoga, bring $5 and a mat. Note: this will be Rana’s last class for awhile before giving birth.

Reminder: The 5-year CFVB Anniversary Party is Saturday, April 5 at noon. Details will follow, but save the date!

Workout of the Day
For time: 75 calories on Airdyne + 1000 m run

Skill work:
Spend 5-10 minutes on double-unders or triple-unders

Midline – Accumulate 2 minutes of each:
Hollow body position
Superman hold

This is an active recovery day. Have fun with this workout and also add in some extra mobility work

    Me either Holly but I’m sure Din WAS referring to my WOD time today;) he doesn’t let me win much:)))) so I’ll take it!!!!!
