The Paleo Contest is officially over. CFVB is two years old. It's time to par-tay!

See you tonight at 5 PM at Vero Bowl. We've got 10 lanes reserved and a bowling trophy to be won!

Part 1 (for time):

50 Wallballs (20#/14#) plus
3 ROUNDS:
30 Double Unders;
15 Toes to Bar;
10 Front Squats (135#/95#)

PLUS (IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING)

PART 2 (max weight):

1 Rep Max Clean (3 MINUTE TIME LIMIT)

*This workout if the first in the monthly competition, The Throwdown Series. For those of you registered and competing, come to the 7 AM class. That's the class we will videotape, run heats, everyone will have a counter, you will be "no repped" if applicable, etc. If you haven't signed up, there is still time.
