We had a great turnout for our new yoga class last week. Don’t forget – each Friday from 6:30 – 7:30 PM. Bring $5 and a mat.

Over the course of the next five weeks, Rana will be programming her yoga session to complement the Open workout. So, get in and get prepped!

      It’s a term that means to touch a movement frequently, but not to fatigue. It results in you becoming more proficient. So, doing 3 pull-ups a day will get you stronger than spending an hour on them once per week. Ya dig?
