We’ve got a lot going on this week…
Tuesday night (2/25) at 6 PM is our Paleo Transition Meeting. Those of you who have completed the 30 Day Challenge are invited to come and discuss strategies to keep up the Paleo lifestyle after the Challenge. Bring questions, comments and concerns.
Thursday at 8 PM, Open WOD #1 is announced at games.crossfitcom! If you plan on participating in the Open, sign up NOW!
Friday is the last day of the 30 Day Paleo Challenge and the due date for after pics – CONGRATS to all who finished strong. (I will post the winner on Monday.)
Saturday is Game Day! 6 AM and 9 AM are competition classes. I will post more details later in the week of how it’s all going to be organized here.
Saturday is also Mobility with Joe. Stick around after the 9 AM class and learn new mobility tricks to keep your body in check.
