We are excited to announce that we will be expanding soon! We are able to knock down our north wall and take over the next bay. We will not only have more room for WODs, but also for a week night Olympic Lifting class. More details to come on that.
In the meantime, there will be no Olympic Lifting workouts with Brian during the week. Plan on attending the Saturday session.
