Two Days Until 19.1 is Released!
In two short days, we will know the first workout of the CrossFit Open! It will be announced on Thursday night at 8 PM Eastern on the Games website.

There is still time to register if you’d like to participate. Each Saturday, from February 23-March 23, the official Open workout will be our gym’s workout of the day, so even if you aren’t on the global leaderboard, you will still have a chance to experience these workouts. Registered athletes will perform them with a judge.

If you are registered and can’t make it on Saturdays, you will be given the opportunity to do the Open workouts on Friday nights at the 5:30 PM class. We have a few people who get off work at 6 PM and are heading to the gym at that time, so we will run a few heats and get everyone judged.
