    Unidentified crossfitter demonstrates new technique to stretch hamstrings, cervical, thoracic, lumbar spine and sacral joints all in one embarrassing yoga pose…the reverse lotus. As a bonus for the poser,( but unfotunately not his colleagues) it was also helpful for relieving gas pains.
