The Open

The first Open workout is announced in 10 days! We now have over 50 registered athletes! Don’t be left out – this is a great opportunity to be part of a global event, while proving your fitness.

We will be printing a CFVB Affiliate Team shirt with everyone’s names listed, so don’t delay and get registered!

Update on the CFVB athletes who competed this past weekend:

  • Ice Monster – Hans, Marco and Kyle won 5 of 6 events for a 1st place

    finish overall.

  • Valentine’s Day Massacre – Kat and Johnny came in 7th overall
  • 2016 Southern Sprints Rowing Competition: Matt won the GOLD in the 500m event with a time of 1:24.1! Over 1400 athletes competed.
