Respect the Gym
We hate having to nag about this sort of thing, but we’ve noticed some not-so-respectful behavior at the gym lately. So, please remember these simple rules:
- No spitting on the gym floor (yes, we’ve
seen it). If you just have to spit during a workout, take it outside.
- Clean up your equipment after the workout. Too many people leave barbells, medicine balls, etc. out.
- Wipe down your sweaty equipment. No one wants to sit in or grab your sweat.
- Wipe blood off bars. This is worse than sweat…clean it up!
- Use chalk sparingly.
- If equipment breaks, report it. Damage happens and we aren’t going to be mad about it. Instead of squirreling away damaged equipment, let us know so we can fix or discard it.
Thanks for abiding by these rules. This is YOUR gym and we want it to be a place everyone can be proud of!
