Halfway Through the Strict 30!
Our Paleo Challenge participants are about halfway through. Thirty-five started and 34 are still hanging in there and doing wonderfully. Talk about fierce competition!
I see bodies changing, PRs, people with more energy, reports of better sleep and clearer skin. I am so impressed.
